Kontakt osThe Health Mission works to create more integrated, patient-centered healthcare services in Denmark through research, innovation, and partnerships.
The Health Mission is a joint effort to improve health in Denmark. Our goal is to ensure better continuity and more personalized care pathways for patients across both primary and specialized healthcare.
To achieve this, researchers, healthcare professionals, municipalities, regions, and patients must join forces in partnerships. Together, we can develop solutions that provide greater security and quality of life for individuals. At the same time, we aim to optimize the use of healthcare resources to avoid unnecessary tests and hospital admissions.
